1) For any order in the amount of:

• $1,500 or more, receive a $50 Amazon™ gift card
• $3,000 or more, receive a $100 Amazon™ gift card
• $6,000 or more, receive a $200 Amazon™ gift card

2) Amazon™ gift cards will be either emailed or mailed directly from Amazon™ to the person who requests the quote or to the address of the customer’s choosing, within 10 business days from receipt of payment.

3) Sales tax and shipping & handling fees, if any, are not included in the total purchase amount that qualifies for an Amazon™ gift card.

8) Returns are subject to approval. In the event that a return is requested and approved, the unused gift card must be returned as well before a credit can be issued.
